* Know the differences between Anxiety, Fear & Panic Attack
* Know the types of panic attacks and the disorders they are associated

* Be familiar with the various approaches to understanding the causes
of childhood disorders
* Be very familiar with the DSM-IV criteria for separation
anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, Specific Phobias, Social
Phobia, & OCD
* Be familiar with the treatments for these disorders
* Be familiar with the most effective treatment for these disorders
* Know the differences and similarities between anxiety and depression
* Know the criteria for major depressive episode
* Be very familiar with the DSM-IV criteria for Major
Depressive Disorder & Dysthymic Disorder & the differences between
the two.
* Be familiar with the various Causes of Mood Disorders
* Be familiar with the various types of Treatment for mood disorders
(in general)
* Be able to tell these disorders apart from one another
* Be familiar with the various attributional styles
* Be very familiar with everything we went over in class regarding
suicide
**Remember: Students must be present and on time for all exams. Late
arrivals will not be permitted to take the exam after any person has left
the exam room, and no additional time will be given. Students will need
to bring two No.2 pencils for the exams.
There will be no make-up exams given at any time!
